The Critical Language Scholarship is a fully funded summer language and cultural immersion program.

  • All class years, graduate students
  • Foreign critical language learning
  • GPA: No minimum

Fulbright UK Summer Institutes offer summer programing at a UK university for US undergraduate students.

  • First-years and sophomores
  • Have had little to no travel or study outside of the US/North America
  • GPA: 3.7 minimum
  • U.S. Citizens

The Blakemore Freeman Fellowship funds one academic year of full-time, intensive language study in East and South Asia.

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree
  • All fields
  • GPA: no minimum
  • U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents

The Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship Program funds study abroad.

  • All class years; students must receive a Pell grant to qualify
  • All fields
  • GPA: No minimum

The Lisa J. Raines Fellowship funds independent summer research.

  • Sophomores and juniors
  • All fields
  • GPA: No minimum

The P.D. Soros Fellowship for New Americans provides leadership opportunities and funding for New Americans in any professional or academic graduate field.

  • A college senior or recipient of a bachelor’s degree. Not yet 31 years old at time of application
  • Not beyond your second year – if already enrolled – in the graduate degree program for which you request support.
  • No GPA minimum
  • A New American (a green card holder or naturalized citizen if born abroad; a child of naturalized citizens if born in this country).

The Humanity in Action Program allows fellows to participate in a month-long immersion in Europe to explore histories of discrimination and resistance.

The Mount Vernon Leadership Fellows Program is a summer institute for rising college juniors offering leadership development and research experience.

Donald M. Payne International Development Graduate Fellowship seeks to diversify – and support fellows entering – the USAID Foreign Service Officers.

Knight-Hennessy Scholars Program invites you to join a multidisciplinary and multicultural community.

Luce Scholars Program offers support for individualized language training in Asia.

  • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
  • Candidates may be graduating seniors, recent graduates, or young professionals under the age of 32 or, no more than three years out from receiving bachelor’s degree.
  • Candidates who have majored in Asian Studies are now eligible to apply.
  • Candidates who have spent 18 weeks or more (since beginning college) in one of the countries where we place Luce Scholars are eligible to apply to be placed in a country where they do not have significant experience.

The Pulitzer Center International Reporting Fellowship offers support to students investigating international crises with a religious component.

The Pickering and Rangel programs both seek to diversify – and prepare fellows for – the U.S. Department of State Foreign Service.

Princeton in Africa Fellowships places fellows in service and NGO professional positions devoted to African development and advancement.

Princeton in Asia Fellowship Programs provides a year of service through professional internships and teaching English opportunities.

Princeton in Latin America places fellows in professional roles at non-profits throughout Latin America.

Samvid Ventures invests up to $50,000 in Samvid Scholars’ graduate educations. Each Scholar also receives two years of leadership development programming.

  •  Be a first-year graduate student for the 2022-2023 academic year
  • Students of all fields are encouraged to apply; funding will be given to future leaders who are committed to effecting positive change in society

    Eisenhower Global Scholars Program offers a one-year Master’s Degree in Europe in Public Policy or International Relations.
